Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, customer satisfaction is our priority.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
• You receive a damaged or leaking product.
• You receive the wrong product.
• The product is expired upon delivery.
2. Refund or Replacement
If your request is approved, we will provide either:
• A full refund, or
• A free replacement of the product.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photos or videos of the product
• A brief description of the issue
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Taste preferences
• Opened or used products
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
